Real estate has been part of my professional life for nearly two decades, with experience across residential, multifamily and commercial real estate, property management, brokerage leadership and investment consulting. That broad experience allows me to look at a property from more than one angle and help clients understand the bigger picture behind each decision.

As Broker-Owner of Yeor Realty, I created a boutique brokerage built around a personal 360° real estate experience—bringing together local market knowledge, sales, leasing, property management, investment guidance and long-term strategy under one roof.

The difference is how that experience is delivered. I believe boutique service should feel personal, accessible and relationship-driven. Instead of being passed from one department to another, you have one trusted real estate professional guiding the relationship, with specialized expertise brought in when needed.

I prefer “one point of contact” over “one agent” because it sounds more sophisticated and doesn't imply you personally perform every specialty. It tells the client: you stay with me, and I coordinate what you need. That is a much stronger boutique message.

Advocacy & Leadership

My commitment to real estate goes beyond the individual transaction. I stay actively involved with the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association and Florida Realtors®, serving in leadership, Professional Standards, Government Affairs, property management, communications, and global real estate initiatives. I am also an RPAC Major Investor, supporting advocacy efforts related to homeownership, housing, private property rights, and the real estate profession. Staying involved at both the local and state level helps me remain connected to the issues shaping our industry and the communities my clients call home.

Professionalism & Expertise

I believe experience should always be supported by continued education, strong ethics, and accountability. In addition to holding my Florida Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager licenses, I have earned professional credentials including ABR®, AHWD®, Certified Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist and C2EX. My experience across sales, leasing, property management, commercial operations, and investment real estate gives me the ability to see both the personal and business sides of property ownership.

Community & Service

Service has always been important to me, both professionally and personally. My community involvement has included volunteer work supporting children and families during difficult transitions, an experience that gave me an even deeper appreciation for what a home can represent. To me, home is more than a property. It can mean security, stability, opportunity, and a fresh start. That perspective continues to influence the way I serve my clients, support my community, and lead Yeor Realty.
